Place the Floor Mat on the floor in front of bed, chair or doorway. An 8-foot cord with crystal connector comes out of the mat corner.

Connect the crystal connector at the end of the 8-foot cord to the Floor Mat Alarm. The alarm is always on for patient safety.

Insert the alarm into the alarm holder included. Affix the alarm in holder to the bed frame or other stationary object making certain that the cord is out of the way to avoid the possibility of tripping over or damaging the cord. Set-up is now complete.

The Floor Mat must be used with monitor,any type of monitor is suitable for it which our company produce.

Attention:
1. Cleaning: Use a non-caustic sanitizing solution to wipe clean when necessary.
2. Do not fold or immerse mat in any solution.
3. To minimize spreading of infection, single patient use is recommended.
